 Infinite S1R in the 3rd Inverted Bell Tower

Okay... so the testing I did was in the 3rd inverted bell tower, with all 3 left passage ways open, this
way we could bypass more crashes, or other problems that may have showed up.

After I got the 3rd bell tower setup correctly, so that all 3 left passage ways could be shifted infinitely,
I decide to use Cheat Engine to mimic the shifting, so that I could quickly test how far down the Matrix Area
was and find where the crashes were and also find a way to bypass them before spending hours upon hours
actually shifting.

I started shifting from the top left passage way and after about 1400 shifts, the Matrix Area was one rooms line
below the top left passage way, at around 1450 shifts, I started hitting many areas that were crashing the game,
so I dropped down to them middle left passage way, but sadly I started hitting crashes shifting from the middle passage way too.

So then obviously next, I dropped down to the bottom left passage way and started shifting with out running into crashes.
When I got to about 2240 shifts, I noticed that the cursor had actually come back onto the screen, where I was at the
lower left passage way in the 3rd inverted bell tower.


The strangest thing about this is that if I had actually gone out the bottom of the inverted map and came out on the top
of the regular map, and shifted back to my original position, it should have taken way more shifts.... probably around 7000 shifts.

This means that I probably went out the bottom of the inverted map and came out the top of the inverted map,
with out even going through the regular map, still gaining rooms but not whiting out the map... MMMMMM scratch
After all this I decided to do some more shifting, looking to see if maybe the bottom of the screen would fall out or I could get
some glitching of stats or the Alucard sprite, like on Sega Saturn.

After 2303 shifts, the Alucard sprite glitched...

... and after 4143 shifts I once again had come back to my original position in the 3rd
inverted bell tower at the lower left passage way. I will continue to do testing... because I still have a few other ideas.

paulo and myself were discussing this just 2 nights ago. we figured that the IC would not flip to the RC, but now it seems a new possibility showed up. weird that the new map wasn't whited out. if you stopped before the point you ended back at the doorway was the map whited out?

also did you notice the rooms that opened under death wings lair teleporter are blue and not white???? I have never seen a blue room in the wrong spot.

Okay, let me back track for a second, because I just realized what is really happening...
This cursor that I am seeing is some type of glitched false cursor, it actually is coming
on the screen about every 515 shifts... not 2095 shifts, but this cursor is not my real location.
That is what is causing the weird blue glitch rooms... its from this false cursor continuously
looping its self over and over.

Yeah, and this is just what my map looks like before I teleport back to the regular castle to refresh the image...

MMMMMM scratch Okay, now that I know that the cursor I am seeing is a fraud, I think I have a test
that I can do to see if the real invisible cursor is coming through both maps.

Nathan: You are thinking that the techs on psx happens like the saturn version! The RC is ABOVE the IC on psx! You are going down...so... you'll reach matrix or the crash area. Sad

I dont have a download link but will tell you which versions are you are seeking.

You want a japan version 1 or 2. You do not want PSone books or platinum hits version.

Yeah, I remembered that, I just thought maybe through some weird glitch in the Matrix Area,
the cursor might reset back to X00,Y00  lol!

I found the problem, my emulator was recognizing the game as American lol

the e3 version will also read the japan savefile Smile but load in english

because then I used the iso japan SOTN and the game behaved like the SOTN USA the wingsmash could be used infinitely and glitchs version USA was working in japan version, so that death would not start in the tech anti-chapel door, switched over and took good emulator ...
